As part of the subscription process on the website, Adan Organics may collect the following personally identifiable information about you; Name including first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, address, and information about the pages on the website you visit/access, the links you click on the website, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

ELIGIBILITY

Services of the website would be available to only select geographies in the United Arab Emirates. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you. ​

PRICING

All the products including the subscription plans listed on the website will be sold at price including VAT (Value Added Tax). The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on check out or the date of delivery. All prices for the monthly plans are designed for monthly orders.

CANCELLATION

As a customer you can cancel your order or monthly subscription within 24hours of your order being placed. After 24hours we would have had already placed your order with our farms from where we bring our fresh organic products based on individual orders. Order cancellation will cause wastage which is what we are trying to do as part of our ecological initiatives. Thank you for your support in advance.​

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy entitles all our subscribers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will replace the product free of cost. In case of monthly subscribers, we shall return at the earliest as per your convenience.

QUALITY LIABILITY

Adan Organics take full responsibility of the products delivered to you. We ensure quality checks like expiry date, freshness of the product and new crystal clear glass bottles but are not liable for any medical/health/or other repercussions pertaining to the consumption of the product. The customer is solely responsible for the product she/he purchases and the effects of the consumption of these products are her/his responsibility including any expenses or costs that medical treatment or any other action may ensue.

DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

We deliver fresh organic milk in glass bottles in the right temperature from Saturday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4pm. Fridays are closed. There are no additional fees charged for delivery. We use refrigerated vehicles to ensure the milk maintains the optimum temperature throughout the supply chain. Kindly choose from the delivery schedule that will be offered to you by our customer service agent to choose your ideal time of delivery. Please provide accurate information with apartment/ villa number, building/ community name, street number, city etc with the nearest landmark. Currently we deliver to all parts of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and some parts of Abu Dhabi. Soon we will start operations in the other emirates. We do not offer international deliveries to countries outside the United Arab Emirates. www.adanorganics.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of
Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

DELIVERY PERSONNEL LIABILITY

Adan Organics employs our own employees for the distribution of products. We take full responsibility for their behavior and code of conduct. Immediate action will be taken in this regard.

PAYMENTS

All payments for monthly subscriptions and one time orders are to be paid in full at the time of ordering. However, for one time orders customers will have an option to choose from Cash On Delivery (COD) or online payment. We will soon be accepting credit/ debit cards. 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

You will receive a payment confirmation via email on the email provided to us at the time of placing the order. Please reach out to us in case you do not receive a receipt of your payment.

SUBSCRIPTION FREEZING

We provide an option to freeze your subscription for a period of 1 - 30days in case you are out of station. This option is only available for monthly subscription members.

YOU AGREE & CONFIRM
- That in the event of a non-delivery due to ( wrong name or address or any other wrong information provided) any extra cost incurred by Adan Organics for delivery of the same item for the second time shall be claimed from you.
- That you will use the services provided by the website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the website.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Adan Organics reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Adan Organics has the right in its sole discretion to reject the subscription and debar you from using the services without prior intimation whatsoever.
- That you are accessing the services available on this website and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this website.
- That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct in all respects.
- That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully.

- We are not liable for any complaints reported after the expiry date of the product.

- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the currency, AED (Arab Emirate Dirhams).

- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

- The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they

TERMINATION

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Adan Organics. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Website. Adan Organics may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Website, such termination will be without any liability to Adan Organics. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Adan Organics, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Website, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Adan Organic's right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
