Returns & Refunds

Most of our products are fresh and organic with limited shelf life. We bring them fresh from the farm maintaining the required temperature throughout the supply chain processes until it reaches your home.

Therefore, you hold the right to returns/exchange if;
- An expired product (one that has passed the date of expiry) has been delivered.
- A wrong product was sent.
- Foul odour coming from one of our product while the expiry date is valid.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.

    To initiate an exchange, write to us at hello@adanorganics.com within 24hrs of delivery. The order number, and pictures of the damage will help us respond better. Also ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and stickers intact.

    In case you would like to get a refund instead of a replacement, 
    - Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
