How does it work?
It is a very simple 3 step process.
1. Choose your subscription plan based on your consumption habits.
2. Set your delivery schedule and select your delivery date.
3. Make payment online (Cash payment at the time of delivery is not available for monthly plans).

How do I subscribe?
Choose from one of the two subscription options for fresh organic milk or fresh organic eggs. Our plans are based on a weekly consumption based model offering a maximum of 6 bottles 6 times a week for organic milk and once or twice a week for eggs. Provide full delivery address to complete your order.

Why should I subscribe?
As a subscriber, you will never fall short of fresh organic milk or eggs in the morning. We source them locally from the UAE and ensure the freshness of the product. Choosing a monthly plan along with your preferred time will make sure you get what you need on time.

Is your farm certified Organic?
Yes. Our farm is certified under the Emirates Organic Food Certification System (18-12-18965 / E18-12-018691)
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You will be assigned a dedicated customer support agent who will be available to manage any queries you may have. You can drop us an email at hello@adanorganics.com or call us to make any changes you need to your subscription plan. All requested changes will take effect immediately.

PAYMENTS
Can I pay by debit/ credit card?
Yes. We do accept credit / debit card for payments through our website's payment gateway. We also accept cash on delivery but this will not be available on monthly subscription plans.

Are there any hidden cost involved in the price?
No. All the price mentioned in the website are the price you will pay at the time of delivery. There are no hidden costs. VAT is included in the price.

If I want to cancel the membership midway, do I get refund?
Unfortunately, on cancelling the membership in the middle of an active subscription, we will not be able to refund you any of the balance amount you might have. We urge you to try our products at first before applying for a monthly subscription plan. And we can assure you that you will not regret it.

How can I place an order?

What time does my order arrive?
For one time orders: You will have your order delivered within 48 hours or placing an order.
For monthly subscribers: One of our representatives will contact you within 48hours to confirm your most convenient delivery times and schedule the month. Any changes in schedule due to an emergency or an inconvenient time can be updated by dropping contacting your dedicated customer support agent.
Can I increase or decrease the number of bottles per day for a monthly Organic Milk subscription?
Yes, you can increase the number of bottles you want per day by sending us an email at hello@adanorganics.com or by contacting your dedicated customer service agent. The difference amount can be paid at the time of first delivery.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to reduce the number of bottles per day until your monthly plan expires. You can subscribe to a plan with less number of bottles per day for the following month.
Do you deliver in my area?
At the moment we deliver in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and some parts of Abu Dhabi area. We intend to cover the rest of the emirates in the near future.

If my deliveries are not correct or missing?
You can contact the customer support, writing to us or by sending a quick WhatsApp message. We will respond to your queries immediately.

What if I am going on a vacation or I want to hold the deliveries for a certain period of time?
In this case, we offer you the facility to freeze your account for a period of maximum 30days. You can do this by sending an email with the Subject "FREEZE MEMBERSHIP-MEMBERSHIP NUMBER" to hello@adanorganics.com.
CANCELLATION
How can I cancel my order or monthly subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your order or monthly subscription within 24hours of your order being placed. After 24hours we would have had already placed your order with our farms from where we bring our fresh organic products based on individual orders. Order cancellation will cause wastage which is what we are trying to do as part of our ecological initiatives. Thank you for your support in advance.
